Skylar was amazing to work with! Our first lender had us sending them paperwork for 3 weeks, only for them to push out our closing date by a week (the seller almost dropped us). We also had to pay over $20k at closing, even though the seller was supposed to cover closing costs. We made a risky decision to switch lenders a week before close. Incredibly, Skylar had us ready in 3 days! We also ended up getting some of our earnest money back, instead of paying more. Absolute magic. 1000% would recommend!
